Export a transcript
- Open Settings → Your data.
- Under Export a transcript, pick the Campaign and the Session.
- Choose Text (.txt), Word (.docx) or PDF.
The export has times and speaker names, ready to keep, share with your group or add to your own notes. It’s saved to your exports folder.
For recaps, use Copy on the recap, or export to Obsidian.
Where your files are
Where your files are shows the folder LoreMonkey keeps everything in, and your exports folder, with buttons to open each one. It’s normally %APPDATA%\LoreMonkey.
Your notes files are plain Markdown, and your transcripts and recordings are ordinary files. Back the folder up like any other.
What our server holds
Your campaigns, transcripts and recordings were never on our server. It holds your account: your plan, your usage and how you sign in. Download my data saves a copy of all of it.

Delete your account
Open Settings → Account and press Delete my account. This deletes your account on our server. Your campaigns, transcripts and recordings are on your PC and aren’t affected; delete the folder above if you want them gone too.
Deleting your account also cancels a paid subscription. To stop paying but keep your account, use Manage subscription on the same page instead.
